"Packed really well"
The box showed up looking neat and totally safe, which I always notice right away. No dents or anything, so that was a nice surprise. it just felt really well packed.

"Simple and straightforward to use"
I found the website really easy to navigate and was able to find what I needed quickly. The pages loaded without any issues, the filters were simple to understand, and checkout didn’t drag on forever. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d definitely say it’s a site I’d be happy to use again

"Delivery was a bit late, but it worked out"
I was a little worried at first because the delivery was running late, and I always get nervous about being fooled when something doesn’t show up on time. But it did arrive in the end, and everything was fine. Not perfect, but overall okay.

"Pretty good for the price"
I found the shirt cheaper here than in a few other shops, so that was a nice win. Delivery was alright too, nothing super fast or fancy, but it got here fine and did the job. The shirt itself isn’t anything amazing, well, I don’t mean that in a bad way, it’s just simple and decent. For what I paid, I’m happy with it

"Surprisingly good, even for a loyalist"
I’ll be honest, I usually stick with my go-to brand and wasn’t expecting much from this, but the quality really surprised me. It feels solid and well made, definitely better than I thought it would be. Kind of annoying now because I might have to rethink my usual choice.

I had to send a jacket back to interismo.co.uk after ordering the wrong size, which was my mistake. I’m always a bit wary with returns because customer service can be a nightmare when they decide to make things difficult, but the instructions were clear enough and I posted it back that same week.
The refund landed sooner than I thought it would, and I didn’t have to chase anyone or send those awkward “any update?” emails. i was expecting more hassle, so I was pleasantly surprised. I’d probably shop with them again.

"Pretty good updates on my order"
I got clear emails about my order and the delivery, so I wasn’t really stressing about it. They did take a bit to reply one time, but overall the communication was good, and everything showed up just fine.
